Antonio Almonte Jr. – President

Mr . Almonte has been in the stone industry (stone countertops industry) for over 20 years. His vast knowledge in the industry is backed by both practical experience and industry educated experience. Antonio has been to numerous industry related seminars, workshops and has visited stone company’s around the world to make sure that RCS is using the latest techniques, machines and tooling to produce the absolute best products for our discerning market.
Because of Mr. Almonte’s commitment to the industry, he has garnered attention by other industry professionals and was asked to be a board member for the Stone Fabricators Alliance (SFA). The SFA is a worldwide association of industry professionals whose motto is to “raise the bar in the stone industry” by providing knowledge, workshops around the world, education and training to its members. Antonio is also a board member for the Manitoba Filipino Business Council (MFBC).
Ken Marn – General Manager
Mr. Marn has been with RCS since its inception. His experience in the hospitality industry has followed him to the stone industry by giving the clients the customer service they deserve. He has a profound knowledge of the materials, products and procedures. His meticulous attention to detail ensures client satisfaction.
Mr. Marn has been to industry trade shows and has taken numerous seminars on industry related topics. These topics include but not limited to designing with stone, proper applications for stone, failures in stone, customer satisfaction and service and new materials in the marketplace.
Anna Almonte – Sales
Mrs. Almonte has been a stone sales consultant for over four years. Mrs. Almonte’s previous career in the hospitality industry has been an extremely valuable asset to RCS by bringing impeccable customer service to RCS’s valuable clients. Along with her passion for stone, design and commitment to customer service, her clients are ensured that they will have a great stone buying experience.
Vince Simard – Operations Manager
Mr. Simard has been in the stone industry for over 12 years. His knowledge and experience in stone has garnered him a local reputation as the stone guy. Along with Mr. Almonte, there is nothing Mr. Simard cannot create or repair whether it be natural stone (granite, marble, limestone or quartz).
Mr. Simard has also attended ( and continous to attend) various seminars and workshops related to the stone and quartz industry to further expand his thirst for knowledge in his chosen career.
